The Eavestrough System

The eavestrough system is the silent champion of a metal roof. These rainwater channels are built on-site to match the contours of the roof, preserving its appearance while directing rainfall away from the building. As a crucial part of a metal roof's drainage, gutters divert water away from the roof, walls, and foundation, protecting the structure against water damage.

Gutters Manufactured On-Site

Manufacturing gutters on location begins with accurate assessments and measurements. Our trained experts evaluate the building's dimensions and architectural details to design a custom gutter system. Using portable roll-forming machines, we convert metal coils into seamless, custom-length sections that are carefully mounted for a perfect fit. Making these fittings on-site allows for exact precision and prompt adjustments so the system merges seamlessly with the building's features, producing a gutter system that is both attractive and practical.

Colour options include Dark Red, Red, Terracotta, Grey, Chocolate Brown, and Black.

How to Clean Your Gutters

  1. Prepare equipment and protective clothing. Assemble a secure ladder, work gloves, a debris container, trowels or shovels, a water hose, and safety glasses.
  2. Position the ladder. Place it on safe, level ground near the gutters, angled correctly, using stabilization devices if available.
  3. Remove significant debris. Scoop out leaves, sticks, and branches with a hand shovel or gutter scraper and dispose of them.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with water. Wash off remaining soil and small fragments, beginning at the end furthest from the downspout for the best drainage.
  5. Inspect the downspouts. Clear obstructions with a plumber's snake or high-pressure hose so water drains away from the foundation.
  6. Clean as needed. For stubborn dirt or stains, gently scrub the inside with a brush or worn broom, avoiding harsh substances that could damage the coating.
  7. Assess for damage. Look for oxidation, wear, or loose screws and fix these problems promptly to maintain structural soundness.
  8. Clean the outer surface. Rinse the exterior with a hose to improve appearance and reveal any visible damage.
  9. Maintain regularly. Clean gutters each fall and spring to prevent clogs, extend the system's life, and protect your home from water intrusion.
